London should be permitted an Independence Referendum.
London is a World City and should not be isolated from World Markets.
London voted to Remain in the EU. It has a population larger than Scotland and depends on EU membership for much of its business.
Both Luxembourg and Liechtenstein are prosperous city states within the EU.
