Free LASER HAIR REMOVAL on NHS for those with skin conditions

Additional Information

I propose that laser hair removal is free on the NHS for those with skin conditions including, but not limited to, eczema, psoriasis and impetigo. Each patient should be assessed and those with a combination of problems with shaving/waxing/leaving hair grow should be eligible for free laser hair removal.
