Bring back the Dog Licence for all pets.

Additional Information

Bring back the dog licence for all domestic pets and ensure all animals that go outside are chipped. Not farm animals, not working animals like guide dogs and search and rescue or police dogs but all animals kept as pets. A sliding scale, an annual fee. Hamster or small animal £5, cats £25, dogs £50. Make owners more responsible for their pets welfare and ensure that they are identifiable when they are allowed to roam free or cause anti-social behaviour like fouling the pavements.
