Stop BT ripping off customers!
BT now charging £5.67 for non direct debit payments. (In my case nearly 10% of my total bill). There is no way it costs that much to process an online electronic payment. Government should regulate this legalised extortion and either cap to a % of total bill or force BT to charge only what it actually costs to process a payment.
