Petition Action

All frontline and supporting staff in our NHS to be awarded a campaign medal.

Petition Details

After this battle against COVID-19 is over, all NHS frontline and supporting staff should be awarded a campaign medal (like the military) from all citizens of the UK in recognition of their brave and unswerving fight against this virus. They should be honoured as a thanks from the whole country.

Additional Information

Because it should be made an official honour for them in the same way it is for the military. This fight is no less dangerous for them yet they put themselves in harms way for the rest of us. It’s a battle, and for their bravery for our nation now and in the future, they should be recognised for it.
