WPER: (World Pandemic Economic Reset)
To get government and other countries to sign up to a WPER, where countries agree on a date before the pandemic, and reset the economy to that date. E.g. January 1st 2020
So businesses don't go bust.
So people keep their jobs.
So people still receive their pensions.
To stop a recession.
