Ban Foriegn Trawlers in UK Waters

Additional Information

Ban foriegn trawler boats fishing UK waters. They are damaging the already depleted fish population. Also tighter rules on UK trawler wastage and more carefull fishing practices. Possibly a total ban on UK trawling for some seasons to give the fish population a chance to recover.
