Introduce the Single Transferable Vote (STV) form of Proportional Representation for local elections in England.
Introduce Single Transferable Vote (STV) form of Proportional Representation for local elections in England, as has been working in Scotland since 2007, contributing to 10% higher turnout than in England, more parties represented, fewer wasted votes.
It will revitalise English democracy from the bottom up, making it far more representative and accessible.
