That all emergency service personell pass a alchohol breath test before driving.

Additional Information

All drivers working for the emergency forces, government departments and military, should be required to take a drink/drug test before driving.
It is commonplace for all these to celebrate together and then be required to drive in difficult or dangerous circumstances without being given the time to fully recover.
