In light of the signing today, of the Scotish referendum agreement, We would like the Government to give greater powers To Cornwall. By upgrading the Council from a Unitry Body to a Assembly, With the same legislutive powers as the current Welsh Assembly. As a Opinion poll conducted in 2003 showed many in Cornwall feel that Cornwall is not a County but a histroic Celtic nation, Which predates England. To ensure equailty for the people of Cornwall. A assembly is needed
