Publicise the HMGovernment petitions website

A petition to improve the public awareness of this website so as to improve the quality and accuracy of these petitions.

Everyone should have the right to sign any of the petitions on this website easily and effectively. The creation of a login system so that people don't have to regularly go to their emails in order to sign multiple petitons woul be useful.

Advertising could be improved also, so that people know that they have this posibility of a positive and active say in what their government is doing.
