Against Oxford University using live shark to 'show off' for their 'night of decadence' Ball this May

Additional Information

The petition is in response to the 'night of decadence' described Ball hosted by Somerville and Jesus College, Oxford University.

Advertise for the 4th May is Ginglymostoma Cirratum which is more commonly known as a Nurse Shark.

For the sake of showing off and throwing money around, a shark is not a part of a 'night of decadence' it is not a commodity, it is a living creature.

This petition calls for Oxford University to pull the plug on the use of a Shark or any other species which can replace a shark on the grounds of ethics.
