Petition Details

Tougher laws against people who attack key front line emergency workers, police, fire, ambulance, hospital staff.

Additional Information

I have been watching police code zero on tv and I cannot believe that people who are attacking the police on a daily basis are getting away with it, they only seem to have fines or community order. I Think the emergency services should have more protection with the law which gives out a custodial sentence, maybe that would deter people from having little or no respect for the emergency workers. I cannot believe how much the police are being attacked now.
