HMRC should end the practice of payments on account for self-employed people.

Additional Information

The practice is putting some small businesses and sole traders into a position where advanced payments towards their tax bill cannot be made. This can force people to fold their business/go bankrupt. Self-employed people should be able to pay their full tax bill at the end of the tax year.
