Ban the sale and use of sky lanterns

Petition Details

Ban them as they are dangerous as they cause fires and can easily harm livestock.

Additional Information

They not only set fire to buildings but can land on livestock. I've heard stories of them landing on horses, setting fire to their rugs (which they can not get out of), and burning them. These are dangerous to the environment.
