24 hour library in Derby
We are asking you to sign this E-Petition for every citizen of Derby to have access to a 24 hour library which will not only help the vast student population of the city but it wil create jobs for locals and gives locals a chance to broaden their literacy and computing skillls.

Libraries are the responsibility of the Local Council so you would need to get in touch with them. Perhaps also contact your MP who might be able to help with a campaign?
