Create a national register of offenders who commit crimes against females
Create a register where females, professional and statutory bodies with a duty of care can access information on men who have been convicted of crimes against females, for example flashing and upskirting. This would expand and enhance Clare's Law.
We know that rape, DA and sexual assaults on girls and women are significantly under reported. We know the CPS and our court system is consistently criticised for failing to protect victims and prosecuting perpetrators. In our patriarchal society where women have to rely on the Government to enact legislation to protect them, a national register is an easy and effective way of placing the power of protection in the hands of the female.
