Jail perpetrators of dog theft ect
Put into Law Jail sentencing for any animal theft
When a pet is stolen, it's like losing a child and causes so much heartache to thousands of people. Dog theft at the moment is on the rise by ruthless thieves, even climbing into people's Gardens, attacking people in the street ripping their dogs from them and needs a swift solution to stop the thieves.
