Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.

We understand that you are concerned about difficulties overtaking cyclists, but we're not sure whether you want to make it illegal for four or more people to go cycling together, or for it to be illegal for four or more cyclists to be in close proximity, whether or not they are a group. It's also not clear how the latter could be enforced.

You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
