Legalise the use of privately owned e scooters in public to reduce emissions and carbon footprint and apply the same rules as electric pedal bikes
Legalise the use of privately owned e scooters in public to reduce emissions and carbon footprint and apply the same rules as electric pedal bikes as they are no more dangerous than pedal bikes or electric pedal bikes and they're a great eco friendly way of getting around
