Make legal aid completely available to all domestic abuse survivors
Give completely free legal aid that is not means tested to survivors of domestic abuse
At the moment legal aid is means tested, meaning survivors of domestic abuse are not always able to get the much needed support of legal representation in courts or other such cases.
