Ban strangers taking direct photos/videos of children without a parents consent
Make it illegal for an adult to directly photograph or video children under 18 in public places.
Because it’s unacceptable that any adult can directly photograph or video a child in public and then do what they wish with the images without any permission from a parent or guardian
