Do NOT make it mandatory for nhs staff to have the covid 19 vaccine
Do not make the covid vaccine mandatory It goes against shared and informed consent. It discriminates, It does not consider religion or personal choice, setting unhealthy precedents breaking human rights. All vaccines carry a risk please do not force people to take this risk or loose their job.
Vaccines can cause damage and death, it has not been studied long enough for long term effects, yet healthcare workers have and nhs may be forced to have it against there beliefs or face losing their jobs. It discriminates healthcare workers. Let it remain choice and free will, don’t blackmail people. The nhs use Ppe and this is what protects people the most. You can still get covid, spread covid and die from covid even with the vaccine, it does not stop the spread only Ppe can do that.
