Demand our money back for track and trace. If proved Unfit for purpose
If any product is unfit for purpose after costing so much we should be able to have a refund.
Surely there’s some recourse we can take against the developers.
It has been a travesty of a program. I have not heard a single good thing about the development and roll out. When I had Covid 19 I had one phone call from a guy who clearly wasn’t bothered and I’ve heard many similar stories
