Review the national speed limit
Change of speed limit would make journey times less therefore less cars on the road at one time, less traffic more efficiency. Cars have improved all round since the speed limit of 70 mph was introduced in 1965 making them a lot safer.
Improve peoples journeys on the road, people waste less time driving.
