Make banks offer a mortgage on buildings under 18 meters high, with no ews1 form
Make banks offers mortgages on buildings that are under 18meters high , with out having to aquire a ews1 form
So people are able to move at their own will with out the stress and inconvenience of having to obtain a costly ews1 form
