If students have to wear a uniform teachers should too
Make either teachers follow the same conduct as students or have no uniforms or restrictions for what students wear (within reason don't show up in underwear)
In schools students aren't allowed makeup, jewellery, smartwatches yet teachers will wear these things during lessons which I find as oppressive, hypocritical and discrimatory.
