Ban UK Supermarkets from using locking trolley wheels as a security measure.
Locking trolley wheels that operate incorrectly, pose a health risk, catching "innocent" shoppers out, as they are suddenly jarred "in error" to a halt, an action that results in lower back discomfort or injury, particularly concerning for the aged, those with disability or with prior injuries.
