Review and lower the age in which a fetus/unborn child can be registered

Petition Details

The current age for a child to be registered is 24 weeks. Babies born before this as either still born or living are not allowed to be registered. This needs to be lowered because these babies kick inside the womb long before 24 weeks

Additional Information

Having 2 stillborn babies 1 at 19 weeks and 1 at 17 weeks and not being able to register their existence was wrong. I've felt both my boys kick in the womb, responding to my voice so why should they be just a note in the maternity notes?? This 24 week age needs to be lowered!!!
