Salary history ban should prohibit employers, prospective employers or recruitment agencies from asking candidates about current or past salary.

Additional Information

Pay history bans have already been implemented in several U.S. states to prevent pay discrimination, and proved to be effective in reducing pay gap between men and women, as well as other minorities.
