Require life rings along all canals and rivers

Petition Details

With far too many cases of people drowning in our waterways I believe we need life rings to be placed every few hundred yards on our waterways. This could help save lives, and I want the Government to require relevant local authorities and landowners to take this action.

Additional Information

There are no life rings on the walkways on many canals and rivers, and too many people are losing their lives in these waters. The Government needs to act now to try and prevent this.
