Create a common unit that ties salaries, housing and utilities with inflation

If we converted the current economic model to a fractal?Mandelbrot set like system, we would have a system where wages grow faster than the cost of housing and utilities, allowing us to have more money to spend on nice things, and as long as inflation exists and people are encouraged to live a happy life, the system will correct itself to create a stable social safety net for everybody and the need for strikes in healthcare, education, transportation and transportation will be over.
