Hold mothers accountable for parental alienation, fined or put on a register
Legally fine or sentence mothers (in particular) who purposely, maliciously withhold children from their fathers without plausible evidence.
Hold them accountable for the money spent by fathers who fight to see their children (visitation, mediation etc)
Give good fathers the access they deserve
There seems to be an undeniable favour towards the support given to women who come forward to the family court system.
In particular where there have been false accusations against the father of the child(ren), effecting men and children emotionally and fathers financially.
All children need both capable, consistent and loving parents.
Mother’s should not have the right to alienate good men from children based on their emotional instability. This is can be seen in the long run as neglect.
