To make it mandatory for bicycles to have bells or alert mechanism.
To pass a law to make it compulsory to fit bells to all bikes sold in the UK.
Being a pedestrian is becoming more dangerous due to more cyclists. Having bells on bikes is an easy way of making it safer to be a pedestrian.
