Make it legal for us to defend our driveway & our homes.
We cannot do anything accept block the vehicle in. Which after done many times has not solved my issue with the same neighbours. We should be able to damage or clamp the vehicle which the majority of the public would agree is fair game.
We need more right to defend ourselves, our homes & our property.
The things we pay and work for, as when my family or myself arrive home to the same neighbours parking on our driveway it is not fair at all & we then have to park elsewhere because the law is a joke.
How is this fair? & how has this managed to go unchanged for so long.
If I drove or parked on government owned private property I’d be fined, charged or clamped. So why is it different for us? Where is our rights!!
