Implement 3-day weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun), 4-day work weeks, for everyone
Extend weekends from 2 days to 3 days, to include Friday.
Keep public and bank holidays the same, so e.g. bank holiday Mondays remain unaffected.
Investigate countries where 4-day work weeks are already implemented to review benefits of shorter work weeks
Happier population!
