Cancel increase to minimum income requirement for Skilled Worker and Family visa
We want the Government to cancel plans to raise the minimum salary requirement for Family and Skilled Worker Visas to £38,700.
The Government should welcome legal immigrants who contribute to the workforce and tax income of this nation. Families could be torn apart under this new plan, and it will mean the majority of UK citizens don't earn enough to bring a foreign spouse to the UK.
We believe this policy is a vain effort to conceal failings on immigration and other policies.
