Add 'None of the above' to all future ballots and have it officially count.
Have a legally binding 'None of the Above' section on ballot papers. In the event 'None of the Above' winning an area or seat it should mean no Party or Individual who stood for election in that seat can re-stand. All new candidates only can stand in that by election, until someone is elected.
This would give the general public a really opportunity to rid the country of career politicians and political parties they feel are not fit for purpose. In the event of a nationwide win for 'None of the Above', only independent candidates would be allowed to take seats in Parliament through the following by elections. If someone could find enough interested individuals with similar views to start a whole new political party, this would also be permitted.
