Require HSE to disregard time passed when deciding whether to investigate

Petition Details

I believe the Government should require that the Health and Safety Executive disregard the time passed when deciding whether or not to investigate a complaint about a health and safety issue.

Additional Information

I am concerned that HSE do not investigate complaints on the basis of time that has passed since a potential health and safety issue, when in my view an investigation would still be appropriate to hold duty holders to account.
