Enforce All dogs to be licensed, micro chipped, photos,uk database of owners and yearly vet checks. Any dog owners not following the law to be fined and banned.
With everything happening in the UK now adays alot of unknown dogs breeds ect and the sad deaths of people. These dogs should be already on database that every owner and dog are accountable for there actions. Every dog assessed every year with notes on record.
