Make sure Housing Association's are providing healthy and safe housing.
Make Housing Association's accountable for leaving residents in poor living conditions. Making sure repairs are fixed in a reasonable time scale and residents health and safety is taken into consideration.
Government and Parliament need to do this as there are vulnerable residents in social housing suffering in below par living conditions causing health problems and stress. Housing Association's need to be brought to task about their code of conduct. This is a particular issue that I know many are struggling with across the country and it's about time that Government and Parliament took action against Housing Association's who are taking residents money and not providing healthy and safe housing.
