Remove the booking system for Cheltenham Recycling Centre
The local authority (Cheltenham Borough) have been trying to dwindle the site down for years. We need the facility open as it has been without a booking system
Having a booking system will create more fly tipping as people who work full time will not be able to get appointments they require. The local streets will have more waste
