Putting a cap for plastic bag prices
Putting a cap for plastic bags on Tesco Sainsbury's and etc. If they are "care" about the environment you don't sell the 1p worth of bag for 30p. It's ridiculous.
This is what "governments" do. Can't fight myself with "these" people.
