Make all non Medical Circumcision unlawful
Bring into law an Act of Parliament under the offences against the person that makes it a criminal offence to carry out, participate in, oversee, request or otherwise encourage or seek either male or female circumcision, genital mutilation of any form in the United Kingdom and its realms.
Rider for medical necessary intervention, when confirmed by two independent medical examiners with specialism in gynaecology.
All female and male mutilation to be defined.
