We want the Government to introduce new legislation to limit the profits of property developers, increase building standards and protections for home buyers, and support people who want to self-build.

Additional Information

We want the Government to introduce regulations to:

1. Increase rights for buyers to claim money back when issues aren't fixed promptly.
2. Mandate serviced plot availability for self-builds on every development.
3. Cap profits for property developers to discourage prioritizing profits over quality.
