Bring Back weekly Rubbish council collections

Bring Back the weekly rubbish collections in Wiltshire.

2 weeks is bad enough with the flies and maggots in our bins during the hot weather.

3 week collection would attract much worse than this.
There are foxes and stray dogs around these parts of the country - which can lead to a cause of rabies.

As for people with breathing difficulties, walking past stinking bins, that can take litterally the breath out of you.
