landlord electoral registers

Additional Information

EVERY landlord in the UK MUST be legally responsible in a continual and/or annual review and update of their property(ies) and tenants' registration with their respective Electoral Registration Officer, Post Office, Land Register and Council Offices. The Landlord Electoral Register must be an open and freely available list of properties owned and registered by landlords and their tenants. ALL landlords are to be legally responsible for the proper and accurate upkeep of this Register which is to be used in conjunction with the Electoral Roll and will be liable to a £1000 fine for each and every failure to maintain this Register rising to £10000 or appropriate conviction in a Court of Law. EVERY Council Electoral Registration Office is to be made responsible for a similar annual cross check with these departments to ensure complete and accurate electoral rolls.
