ban charity workers from pestering people for bank details in towns

Additional Information

We need a complete stop from charity workers stopping people in towns and cities to try and get peoples bank details to make regular monthly donations to charity in my town there is a different charity nearly every day. I find it very offensive. There are other ways for charities to raise money.
