Improve the chambolic ambulance service

Additional Information

The government needs to improve the time that patients wait for an ambulance. It also needs to give more funding to the service so that it is able to employ more staff to run a more efficient service for the public. The health minister needs to come into the real world and see how the system operates through a great lack of funding.
