Financial Institutions who help customers evade tax liability to be liable for paying that tax liability forthwith and a punitive additional liability

Additional Information

HSBC has allegedly actively assisted customers to avoid a taxation liability.

Any financial institution which acts together with a customer to 'assist' the customer to avoid a liability that institution should become jointly liable for that revenue debt.

I propose such culpable action should render a financial institution equally responsible and fully liable for the taxation debt.

I would further propose that the financial institution should become liable for a punitive charge not less than 100% of the value of the outstanding taxation debt for every day the debt remains unpaid.
